Victoria has over 20 years’ experience in local and international NGO management, leadership and performance. She accompanies and supports leaders of community-based organisations, movements and NGOs to resource and deliver disruptive and power-shifting ideas.

Victoria provides strategic advice and hands-on support on organisational strengthening and performance, including team management, program innovation, fundraising, alliance building, influencing, operations and strategy, to ensure organisations and teams achieve their goals.
