A CIMA-qualified accountant, Louise has 25 years’ experience of finance management in charities and CICs, and a first class degree in Arts Management & Accounting.  Louise specialises in: 

• implementing Xero accounting software, enabling Project Managers to access project finance data directly;

• devising management accounts which focus on how each restricted grant contributes to core costs and funding gap analysis;

• training administrative staff in bookkeeping & providing on-going support;

• interim support leading your finance team, while reviewing the role, working with you to recruit and handover;

• untangling knotty bookkeeping messes in Quickbooks, Xero and Sage;

• Independent Examinations and SORP-compliant statutory accounts.
