Fran Borg-Wheeler

Fran has 25 years experience in the charity sector, 13 as CEO of a small youth charity and one year as Interim Director of Services for National youth charity, Become.

She is all-too familiar with the challenges of charity leadership, and is passionate about supporting charity leaders and their teams to thrive whilst boosting their impact.

She specialises in leadership and team development; coaching and mentoring, fundraising support and diversifying funding streams, consultation and co-creation, partnership development, thriving cultures and strategic support.

She now runs Heart-Centred Leaders Ltd offering leadership coaching and courses, team facilitation and charity consultancy. She is also trustee of Radical Recruit.
