Flóra Raffai

Flóra Raffai is a small charity coach, consultant, and trainer. She specialises in strategic and operational planning; building an effective and inclusive culture; and positive leadership.

Since 2015, she has been a CEO at small charities and nonprofits in the health and education sectors. She has served as a trustee and mentor for small charities and is currently the Chair of Trustees at a Cambridge-based infrastructure charity. Flóra is an accredited transformational coach, specialising in coaching small charity leaders. She is the author of ‘Chief Everything Officer: a field guide for small organisation leaders’.
