Calum Wilson-Smith

Calum has a decade of senior leadership experience within the small charity sector with expertise in strategic leadership, programme & project management, monitoring & evaluation, operations, safeguarding, and finance. He is passionate about using collaboration, co-production, and an evidence-based approach to support communities to deliver the change that matters most to them. He has a special interest in collaborative models of leadership.

Calum has worked as a head of operations and senior project manager for small and large organisations as well as having experience as a trustee. He has an early career background in research and clinical medicine.
