Amber Shotton

Amber has 20+ years of organisation development experience across multiple sectors. She has supported 1000s of small charities whilst at the FSI, understanding the realities of limited resources for small charities. Her expertise includes; Leadership & Governance, Strategy, Impact Measurement and Fundraising (especially Statutory, Earned income, Corporate, T&F). She is a trainer and strong facilitator. She has led major annual campaigns such as Small Charity Week.  Amber has also worked in the corporate sector leading in business development, partnerships and collaboration, co-design and strategic operational support. She has worked in Justice (prisons), Education, Welfare, and Healthcare settings.
