Ali has worked in the charity sector for almost 20 years in leadership, strategy, fundraising, compliance, and impact measurement roles. 

She enjoys working with social purpose organisations that want to better connect with their purpose, make better decisions, and create better working environments for all. 

Ali can support both strategic planning and organisational development, recognising that strategy depends on the right working environment to succeed. 

She also uses her 15 years in fundraising and business development to support charities in developing fundraising strategies that are grounded in need, realistic but ambitious, and have the foundations for success.
