What makes us different?
Fair Collective is a safe space for everyone. We especially want to make sure we are a safe space for LGBTQIA+ people, neurodivergent and disabled individuals, and racialised communities. We’re constantly learning to make sure everyone feels welcome here.
Oh, and if you’re on a smaller budget, you’re in the right place. We believe that small charities should be able to access the support they need - which is why all Fair Collective freelancers and consultants offer our small charity rates.
And, when you work with us, you’re not just benefiting from our practical support. You’re also contributing towards our social mission of making support accessible for even the tiniest organisations.
