The Collective
Say “hello” to our freelancers and consultants
Running an organisation that's doing amazing things is rewarding. But that doesn't mean it's easy.
With new ideas popping up, a team to manage, and fundraising targets to keep track of, we know how tricky it can be. That’s why we're here to support you. Whatever you need, our ever-growing Collective (with 100+ charity specialists) are ready to lend a helping hand.
The best part? With day rates based on income levels, you can access the support you need, at a price you can afford. And, if we can’t match you up with one of our Collective members, we’ll make sure to point you in the right direction.

What makes us different?
Fair Collective is a safe space for everyone. We especially want to make sure we are a safe space for LGBTQIA+ people, neurodivergent and disabled individuals, and racialised communities. We’re constantly learning to make sure everyone feels welcome here.
Oh, and if you’re on a smaller budget, you’re in the right place. We believe that small charities should be able to access the support they need - which is why all Fair Collective freelancers and consultants offer our small charity rates.
And, when you work with us, you’re not just benefiting from our practical support. You’re also contributing towards our social mission of making support accessible for even the tiniest organisations.
Your personal matchmakers
Meet our Founder and Director Vic, Operations Manager Casey and Client Directors Lucy, Naami and Sophie (AKA your new personal matchmakers). They're responsible for:
-
Actively listening to your needs
-
Understanding the unique challenges you’re facing
-
Connecting you with the right person for your organisation.
From Leadership Coaches, to Fundraising Specialists. Each Fair Collective freelancer and consultant has been hand-picked, to offer brilliant support for organisations doing good stuff in the world.
Our people are ready to tackle those pesky tasks that keep getting sidelined. (You know, the ones that give you a headache, and the stuff you simply don’t have time for.) The best part: we’ll do it at a price that fits your budget.
Why freelancers?
Using freelancers and consultants allows you to access specific expertise you may not have in your team or be ready to bring in-house. They’re talented in a specific skill, and know their craft inside out. Freelancers have a deep understanding of their subject area - and they’re flexible, to fit around your schedule.
P.S. We really do put our money where our mouth is. A lovely bunch of freelancers are responsible for Fair Collective’s organisational development, including:
-
Alex Fearon: email marketing support
-
Lorelle Skelton: graphic design and website design
-
Ellie Perkins and PJ Johnson: website copy
-
Anuradha Kowtha: accessibility
-
Lucy Roberts, Naami Padi and Sophie Buck: part-time Client Directors
-
Casey Carlos: Operations Manager
And they’re all part of The Collective, too!
